Candice Blair is the broker/owner specializing in residential sales and property management in South Orange County. Candice has worked in the real estate industry for over 20 years and is responsible
for new business development at Niguel Point Properties. Candice is a member of NARPM, a member of the Laguna Niguel Chamber of Commerce, a certified luxury home marketing specialist (CLHMS) and holds a CA Real Estate broker's license in CA for over 20 years. When not working Candice enjoys spending time with her two high school age sons and walking her dog at the Dana Point Harbor.

Clark Sackett is a licensed realtor and property manager for Niguel Point Properties. With over 15 years of customer service experience, Clark is known for his dedication to serving others with efficiency, organization, and a can-do attitude. As Operations Manager, he leads the property management team and ensures all aspects of daily operations run smoothly, from new client onboarding and leasing to maintenance coordination and tenant relations. He serves as the primary point of contact for property owners, oversees team performance and data accuracy, and steps in wherever needed to keep things on track. Outside of work, Clark enjoys spending quality time with his wife and family, attending NASCAR races, and escaping to the mountains for a change of scenery.

She also diligently handles all monthly utilities, including tracking overages, processing payments, and swiftly resolving related issues. Kim is a native of Orange County and enjoys cooking and baking for her family.

Originally from Minnesota, she now resides in Ladera Ranch and is a proud mother of four grown children and one grandchild. Susan’s dedication, reliability, and efficiency make her an invaluable member of the team, ensuring every new client feels confident and supported.
