Over 15 years ago, we created Niguel Point Property Management to provide South Orange County with world-class service and support. We make quality customer service our top priority while helping tenants and property owners achieve all their rental market goals. Our team manages a large roster of stunning rentals with a focus on boosting the rental experience in every way.

What We Do: Our team expertly manages the performance of furnished and unfurnished rental properties across Laguna Niguel, California, and its surrounding areas. We take care of the properties like they are our own and handle every aspect of the management process. Our team finds tenants, completes inspections, collects rent, and much more.

Candice Blair

Owner/Broker

Candice Blair Candice Blair is the Owner and Broker of Niguel Point Properties, specializing in residential sales and property management throughout South Orange County. With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Candice leads new business development while setting the standard for service, compliance, and innovation across the company. Candice is deeply committed to staying educated on ever-changing rental laws, evolving property management regulations, and modern marketing strategies that protect her clients and maximize asset performance. She is highly goal-oriented and continuously strives to improve company systems, processes, and client experiences. With a strong love for technology, Candice actively implements tools and strategies that increase efficiency, transparency, and communication for owners, tenants, and her team. She is a member of NARPM, the Laguna Niguel Chamber of Commerce, a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), and has held a California Real Estate Broker’s license for over 20 years. Outside of work, Candice enjoys spending time with her college-aged children and relaxing on the weekends with her husband, often walking their dog along the Dana Point Harbor.

Clark Sackett

Client Experience Manager

Clark Sackett Clark Sackett serves as Client Experience Manager for Niguel Point Properties, where he plays a key role in ensuring every property owner feels confident, informed, and fully supported from day one. With a strong focus on communication, organization, and follow-through, Clark bridges the gap between client expectations and day-to-day property management operations. As the primary point of contact for new property owners, Clark leads the onboarding experience, providing proactive updates, market insights, and clear guidance throughout the leasing and transition process. He is known for delivering a warm, attentive, white-glove level of service, anticipating questions before they arise and ensuring clients always know what to expect next. In addition to client communication, Clark maintains direct oversight of assigned properties, coordinating maintenance, turnovers, inspections, and vendor scheduling to uphold Niguel Point Properties’ high standards. He works closely with owners on approvals, timelines, and budgeting, while also supporting leasing efforts through market feedback, customized reporting, and strategic recommendations during vacancies. Clark also contributes behind the scenes by supporting team operations, assisting with training, and stepping in where needed to maintain consistency and service excellence. His solutions-oriented mindset and commitment to long-term asset care make him a valued advocate for both property owners and the Niguel Point Properties team.

Kim Newcomb

Administrator

Kim Newcomb is a licensed real estate agent and an accomplished property management Administrator, bringing years of expertise from top real estate firms. Her exceptional organization, precision, and professionalism are critical to our success, and she ensures maximum exposure for new listings to attract tenants for our available properties. As an administrative powerhouse and "spreadsheet wizard," she expertly manages a wide array of administrative tasks, guaranteeing seamless office operations and a superior client experience. Furthermore, Kim meticulously oversees the entire security deposit return process to guarantee accuracy and compliance. She also diligently handles all monthly utilities, including tracking overages, processing payments, and swiftly resolving related issues. Kim is a native of Orange County and enjoys cooking and baking for her family.

Derek Gray

Leasing Specialist

Derek is a licensed realtor with over 15 years experience in helping clients find homes in Orange County. Derek works with lease inquiries and shows lease listings to potential tenants. Derek is available 7 days a week to ensure our rental property vacancies are filled timely with qualified tenants.

Susan Alarid

Business Development Manager

Susan is the Business Development Manager at Niguel Point Properties, where she excels at helping new clients understand the benefits of our services and join our growing community of happy property owners. With over 30 years of customer service experience including 15 years as a flight attendant traveling across the U.S. and internationally, Susan brings a detail-oriented approach and a warm, welcoming demeanor to her work. Originally from Minnesota, she now resides in Ladera Ranch and is a proud mother of four grown children and one grandchild. Susan’s dedication, reliability, and efficiency make her an invaluable member of the team, ensuring every new client feels confident and supported.

Kelly Plamondon

Leasing Specialist

Kelly is a Realtor and skilled Furnished Rental Manager with extensive experience in managing a portfolio of 40 rental properties. Her attention to detail, market insight, and commitment to client satisfaction make her an invaluable asset to the property management team. A lifelong resident of South Orange County, Kelly brings a local's perspective to her work and enjoys outdoor activities and spending quality time with her family and friends. She is passionate about delivering exceptional service and helping clients maximize the potential of their properties.

Joscelyne Alkus

Property Manager

Joscelyne is a Property Manager with Niguel Point Property Management in Laguna Niguel. Licensed since 2008, she brings extensive real estate experience, a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for helping owners and tenants enjoy a smooth, stress-free experience. Originally from Malibu, she loves home design, organic cooking, and cheering on her sons’ sports teams.

Staci Glick

Assistant Property Manager

Staci Glick is an Assistant Property Manager at Niguel Point Properties, supporting the daily operations of residential properties throughout SouthOrange County. She plays an integral role in coordinating property inspections, maintenance requests, and onsite support during turnovers and repair projects. Staci is a licensed Notary Public and brings valuable firsthand insight from her personal experience managing her own rental properties, allowing her to approach property management with both professionalism and real world understanding. In addition, she has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, giving her a strong foundation in communication, organization, compliance, and problem-solving. Working closely with owners, tenants, and vendors, Staci is known for her attention to detail, calm demeanor, and ability to keep processes running smoothly.

Brittany Benjamin

Operations Manager

Brittany Benjamin is the Operations Manager at Niguel Point Properties, overseeing daily operations and ensuring consistency, accountability, and exceptional service across the property management team. With more than three years at the company, she was promoted into this leadership role in recognition of her strong operational knowledge, work ethic, and commitment to client experience. Brittany manages property management, leasing, maintenance, and administrative operations, ensuring systems, processes, and communication standards align with the company’s high touch, boutique approach. She supervises property managers, administrative staff, and field agents while overseeing compliance, onboarding accuracy, lease documentation, workflows, and emergency response coordination. Brittany plays a key role in improving owner and tenant experience by refining processes, auditing communication, and implementing systems that increase efficiency and clarity. She partners closely with ownership on marketing coordination, client communications, and vendor management, supporting financial accuracy and long term asset performance. As a working mother of two, Brittany brings organization, adaptability, and empathy to her leadership style, making her a trusted resource for both clients and staff and a cornerstone of Niguel Point Properties’ continued success.

Ben Ancheta

Property Management Support

Ben Ancheta is a Remote Team Member at Niguel Point Properties and has been a valued part of the team for over two years. He plays a key role in supporting daily operations by serving as a first point of contact for incoming calls and ensuring timely, professional communication with property owners, tenants, and prospective clients. Ben supports the team through accurate data entry, prospect follow-up, and coordination of marketing efforts, helping keep systems organized and leads moving efficiently through the pipeline. His attention to detail and responsiveness contribute to a smooth client experience and strong internal workflows across the property management and real estate divisions. Working remotely, Ben helps maintain consistency in communication standards while

supporting the company’s growth and marketing initiatives. Outside of work, he enjoys participating in a dance team and traveling, bringing creativity, energy, and a positive attitude to everything he does.

Brittany Van Billiard

Billing Director

Brittany Van Billiard is the steady force behind the scenes at Niguel Point Properties, keeping systems streamlined, numbers precise, and clients fully supported. With more than 10 years of experience in property management and bookkeeping, she oversees everything from trust account reconciliations and owner and tenant ledger balancing to 1099 accuracy and full state and federal tax compliance.

Her expertise is reinforced by NARPM training and a deep, hands-on understanding of real estate operations. Brittany is also a licensed real estate agent serving the Inland Empire, giving clients and colleagues a well-rounded perspective grounded in real-world experience.

Outside of work, Brittany is a proud wife and mom who runs on cold brew and the belief that when you truly love what you do, people feel it in the work you deliver.
